Don't have any advice on the parents situation, can't really help ya there. But as far as the voice acting situation goes, I used to cringe hard at my own voice too. I used to significantly alter my voice with effects and such to get it to not sound like me. Then at some point I sort of realized that a lot of people also feel bad about how their own voice sounds (because when you hear it as you speak it sounds differently as a result of the sound traveling through your jaw into your ears, as opposed to through the air into your ears), when I didn't really think their voices sounded bad at all. What that meant was that it presumably went the other way too. Just because I disliked my own voice didn't mean that other people did too. Now I just kind of go for it, and even if I think it sounds bad, I bear in mind that other people don't think it's as bad as I do.

That's really weird. Why do your parents care so much? They should encourage you to do animation but not be overbearing. Do they think that you're making animations specifically for them? It almost feels that way with how you're describing it. I don't know how to help except to ask them if they can back off (politely) because you want to just have fun and be creative with your stuff.

They aren't asking me to make animations for them. But they keep mentoring me like some sort of veteran animator and youtube analyst by telling me their 'theories'.
Telling them changes nothing.

as for your voice just get used to it
and you could try to change it(voice acting)
soo you dont hear the voice you are used to
and as for ad income i dont know anything
because i have never won any money doing animations
